Our Management Process

The first step is to create  the vision of the project, supported by your organization’s stakeholders to generate the user history and obtain the project backlog.

  • Planning and estimation. This is the step for detailing the sprint backlog
  • Valuable deliveries are created
  • Revision and retrospective. Product increments are performed
  • Deliverables are released.

Traditional methodology is an integral effort in which interaction is made with different areas and departments, following a life cycle, and whose stages are strictly related, therefore requiring the previous step to be finished before starting the next one, performed together with the corresponding and constant documentation.

Analysis. Developing the project charter, gathering requirements, and creating the stakeholder matrix.

Planning. This stage consolidates the process management of risks, stakeholders, activities, procurement, costs, budgeting, and scope. Based on them, a project scope is created to continue with the execution.

Execution. Based on the processes developed during the planning stage, services and resources are procured to manage the Project Plan and start executing the development.

Monitoring and control. Project development is performed by controlling risks, costs, and stakeholder participation, as well as project scope, to achieve proper installation.

Closing. In this stage, project is considered successful by fulfilling the quality standards established during the planning stage.
